We believe in creating opportunities for students they do not get in the classroom. This fund will not only impact the founders and our ecosystem but create unique and valuable experiences.

Donations will be funneled through the NDSU Foundation to Pathway Ventures who will then have control over the funds. Any profits received from an investment's exit will be reinvested into the fund and used to provide educational experiences to the students. Donors will receive the tax benefit from their donations and students will receive the benefit of the gift for many years to come.
